Shipping Policy

You should carefully read the item detail page and review information such as price, option price, shipping charges, etc. and terms and conditions for sales before purchasing an item.

We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any loss or damages to a buyer arising from shipping information and/or payer information entered by the buyer or wrong remittance by the buyer in connection with the payment for the items purchased. We reserve the right to check whether a buyer is duly authorized to use certain payment method, and may suspend the transaction until such authorization is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction where such confirmation is not available.

Shipping For Singapore Customer

All the item will delivered by Singapore Post normal post for Free
Item price higher than 20 SGD, we highly recommend to use Singpost register mail for preventing item lost.That will be extra charges for using register mail. Register mail Price charge from $0.20 to $7.00
According to the frivolous shipping experience, around 2% of item will be never reached to the destination. Some of them will return to us. The others will lost, and nothing help for tracking and founding.

Shipping Outside From Singapore

No Free delivery for customer outside the Singapore.
Priority shipping method is Singpost Register Mail. No more other service cheaper than that.
We do accept UPS and Fedex request. Please contact us if you prefer using these delivery service.

Payment

ATM Bank transfer is accepted, and customer will get 5% discount for order higher than 20 SGD.
For fast payment process, we are using paypal as default payment.
Bank Account We are only support POSB/DBS.
