Cancellation Return and Refund

Buyers may cancel purchases at any time before shipment. Once shipped, purchases will be subject to return process rather than cancellation process. The delivery fee is charged by buyer.

Refund and exchange of all the items in JewellerySG store are depending on the manufacture policy.

Buyers may request for return of purchased items at any time within 7 days from the date of receipt. Only unopened package allowed to be refund and exchange within 7 days.

We are strictly online business store. Meetup is not provided.

We checked every single item before sending for delivery. We don’t provide refund and or exchange for following case:

• Item damage due to the delivery process. (Highly suggest to use register mail for product ordering $20 above. Check out the shipping and payment)
• Opened package by buyer.
• Buyer damage the item and request for refund and exchange.
• Unreasonable exchange or refund.
• Purchased items at any time more than 7 days from the date of receipt
